Film Faced Plywood (Tego)

Technical plywood made from veneer sheets bonded with special adhesive, designed for use in high-humidity environments. It is coated on both sides with a phenolic film, offering increased resistance to wear and moisture, making it ideal for formwork and industrial applications.

Key Properties:

  • Resistance to moisture and heavy wear

  • Smooth or anti-slip surface treated with phenolic film

  • Easy to cut and edge-sealed for enhanced durability

  • Standard format, available in multiple thicknesses for various uses

Recommended for:

Construction formwork, truck flooring, ships, industrial platforms, or any application requiring a strong and reusable board.

Specifications:

  • Standard size: 2500 × 1250 mm or 2440 × 1220 mm

  • Available thicknesses: 9 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 21 mm

  • Core: poplar or birch

  • Coating: Stora Enso brown phenolic film, glossy, 120 g/m²

  • Adhesive type: WBP – moisture-resistant

  • Quality grade: CEMENTPLEX (premium) / STANDARD

  • Durability: up to 30 formwork cycles for poplar, up to 50 cycles for birch
