Yellow formwork plate
The three-layer formwork panels, made of solid wood, are made of three layers of spruce or fir wood that are glued together. The outer layer consists of the width-glued slats, which extend in length, while the middle layer consists of wooden sections which are configured transversely and are framed by the front and longitudinal rails. With this type of structure we obtain an adequate resistance to bending of the panel.
H20 Beam formwork
Beams manufactured with extreme care prove their effectiveness on a daily basis, and can be used in any situation on many construction sites. H20 top and H20 eco are world-renowned names and are the right choice for any application. H20 beams are wooden formwork beams and are intended for use in load-bearing scaffolding and formwork; their use for larger loads (eg prefabricated beams) is however prohibited.
Tego formwork
Used in formwork construction, film-coated plywood is a product made of veneer sheets glued with special adhesive to withstand a high humidity environment, with phenolic film applied on both sides. It can be made with a non-slip face, ideal for cladding the interior decks of trucks, ships or special platforms. The wood essences used for the core: poplar or birch.
Metal formwork
Modular aluminum or steel formwork “Jean Four”, made in France with 15 mm thick birch tego faces. Complete accessories and safety devices. High versatility, vertical and horizontal mounting, stackable. Designed for complete safety of walls, basements, residential, agricultural and industrial buildings.
Metal props
Popul is a standard, lightweight, steel support system: the most used in Romania. Due to its strength, it is used in the field of supporting structures. Popes are generally painted red, but can also be galvanized. Due to the holes in the inner tube, they can reach extensions ranging from 50 to 500 cm. They are compatible with most other formwork and flooring accessories.
Formwork accessories
Formwork panel accessories are essential for reinforcing formwork walls with yellow panels. They are available in almost all lengths, depending on the thickness of the wall. Some of these products are consumable, so they remain in the wall structure. Using accessories for formwork panels extends their life cycle.
Decofrol
It is a reddish brown stripping oil, obtained by homogenizing the mixture of biodegradable mineral oils. The detachment effect due to the physico-chemical properties allows to obtain clean and smooth surfaces of the concrete, not leaving concrete on the formwork after its removal. There are 2 types: Concentrate that is diluted with water and Decofrol Oil B, which is used as such.

OSB 3
Oriented Strand Board (OSB) boards are laminated wood panels made of long, thin, oriented wood chips that are glued together with a synthetic resin. The chips are pressed together in layers, the faces having chips of about 100 mm long oriented longitudinally, the core having chips arranged perpendicularly, with a length between 5 – 50 mm.
LVL
Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) is a product made of 7 or more veneer sheets of about 3 mm thick, glued at high temperature, forming a thick panel with a high degree of strength, and can be used both in the furniture industry (stairs, doors, windows, sofas), as well as in constructions (floors, roof, beams, etc.).
Birch plywood
The plywood is a semi-finished wood, made of veneer sheets superimposed perpendicularly sheet by sheet, glued under pressure. With a wide specification, plywood has a wide range of uses, such as furniture, packaging, interior design, construction, etc.
Poplar Plywood
Poplar plywood is a semi-finished wood in the shape of a plate of different sizes, made by gluing under high pressure a number of superimposed poplar veneer sheets, used in the manufacture of furniture, packaging, boats, toys, construction, automotive industry , etc.
Pine plywood
Pine plywood is a semi-finished wood in the form of a plate of different sizes, made by gluing under high pressure a number of superimposed pine veneer sheets, used in the packaging, craft, construction, automotive industry, etc. It has a wide range of uses.
Fibre boards (PFL)
Wood fiber boards (PFL) are superior wood semi-finished products, obtained by gluing and pressing wood sawdust, by wet or dry process. It results from the processing of wood (wood waste) which cannot be used otherwise, implicitly having a low value.
HDF
High density wood fiber board (HDF) is a composite board made of resin-bonded wood fibers by applying high pressure and heat.
MDF
MDF (medium density wood fiberboard) is a product composed of wood fibers mixed with resin and adhesive in the form of pressed panels at high temperatures. It is a versatile material and can be easily processed and finished (painted MDF, veneered MDF, laminated MDF, melamine MDF).
Particleboard
Particleboard (chipboard) is a laminated product made of wood chips, sawdust, or even sawdust and a synthetic resin or other suitable binder, which forms by pressing at high temperatures a layered structure, with a layer durable medium and fine surface layers. The chipboard is lighter than wood, and the processing costs are lower, over time, the chipboard began to replace many pieces of furniture that were made of solid wood, according to traditional techniques.
Commonly used types of resins include binders that give moisture resistance to OSB panels.
